Windows 10 contains a firewall, and indeed a full Security Suite, it is complimentary and fully featured, I home y'all take not paid for that software?

There is a lot of Tech Back up scamming out there, if you lot have made a payment to them, can yous stop that and remove their software

How was contact made between you and that 'Company' what is the name of that company you are dealing with?

Windows Firewall is free-There is no need to pay for that. Did you got a telephone call from an alleged MS guy that you need to pay it?

Hello Guys,

Well just because I can spell 'DOS' does non mean that I'chiliad impervious to being scammed.

I was passed to this mob by Canon back up when they could non fix my printer.

These guys did not tell me who they were, somewhen I forced them and they are 'Super Secure Spider web'.

Long story short I scared and harassed be into buying the Microsoft suite for US$299. Not cheap. (Considering I'm a retired widow - non prissy) That was after charging me United states$200 for 'cleaning' my figurer of various nasties like Trojans etc.

In the space of viii+ hours over ii days (yes on my little one-time cell phone non a headset) I spoke to 6 different people (who Did not accept English as a first language) who did not identify themselves and when I asked they ignored me.

Funnily enough they couldn't fix the printer either which is what they were supposed to do. They said they would send me a new printer but half the value of my existing 1.

This is the good flake, they took over my figurer to process the PayPal charge of Usa$499. Haha they did a really bad job because the charge did not get through and PayPal take no idea what'south going on.

The invoice they gave me was US$499 for a printer. I refused to sign the invoice (which said I had to pay this invoice) but they said they would ship me another invoice for the charges like the cleanup and the Microsoft Suite. Whatever.

Welcome to my 2 day nightmare. And then thanks for your advice. I will go my bank to abolish the money transfer (If they ever find it).
