Unlike Windows PC, there is no sophisticated tool like Event Viewer for collecting the Windows telephone logs, merely it can be generated manually through the "Field Medic" app in Windows Phone x and 8.1.

1. Download and install the "Field Medic" app from the Microsoft Store.

2. Open the app and click-on "Advanced" and configure how the event gets logged.
3. Click on "Beginning Logging" and once it has started, run the apps that you want to troubleshoot. The events become logged into a new report. For instance, reproduce the app crash in one case Event Viewer starts recording.


4. Click on "Stop Logging" one time the operation is done.

5. Add a suitable "Report Championship" and in "add together repro steps hither" specify all the steps you take performed in between Start and Cease Logging. Click-on the floppy deejay sign to save the study.
